As the newest member of our team, joining us in April 2014,  Hillary brings with her not only a strong background in the dental field but also extensive experience spanning nearly a decade in Human Resources at local hospitals.  Hillary is certified by the American Heart Association in BLS CPR on a Healthcare Provider Level and has taken part in both OSHA and HIPPA training courses.  She is graduate of Chelmsford High School and has completed course work at Endicott College.  As a seasoned professional working with patients, Hillary has always loved working directly with people to help solve whatever problems or issues that may arise.  Her positive demeanor and upbeat attitude never fails to make patients feel comfortable and welcome.

Hillary currently resides in Dracut and is mother to her wonderfully spirited daughter Ella. In her free time, Hillary enjoys working out, watching any New England sports team succeed and challenging herself in her passion of running.

Neisha Lara – Patient Care CoordinatorNRL2014 001

Neisha has a friendly, energetic, outgoing personality and loves meeting new people.  Patients appreciate her cheerful, positive attitude when they speak with her in person or on the phone, especially when they are speaking with her to schedule an appointment.  Neisha has worked in the dental field since 2010 and has expertise in people skills in order to satisfy our patients’ needs and making our patients smile truly brings out the joy in her.  She also has excellent knowledge of dental software and likes to learn new skills and always strives to grow.  Neisha is fluent in both, English and Spanish.

Neisha is an undergraduate attending Northern Essex Community college to further her education in Radiology Technology.  She is also Certified in Basic Life Support/CPR on a Healthcare Provider Level and has completed training in Infection Control and OSHA Compliance.  Neisha loves to sing and shop and spend time with her beautiful daughter, Niahmialee who just became a toddler.  She is ecstatic about her new beginnings in her life, especially working with our team and patients.

Terry L. Schrubb, DMDdr-schrubb1

Dr. Schrubb is an exceptional dentist who is friendly, down to earth, and is gifted in his expertise.  Just ask someone who has been treated by him!

After fulfilling his military obligations and a tour of duty in Vietnam with the First Marine Division, Dr. Schrubb earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Biophysics at the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, he attended Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he completed the requirements for his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Schrubb then entered the Navy Dental Corps as a Commissioned Officer where he was stationed in Okinawa, Japan with the Third Force Service Support Group under General Christmas, USMC. Upon resignation from active duty, he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal.

Dr. Schrubb has been in private practice at Amerident Dental since 1990 and partipates in many Continuing Education courses and the most recent include Dental Implants and Removable Orthodontics.  He is Certified in CPR on a Healthcare Provider Level and has completed training in Infection Control and OSHA Compliance.  Dr. Schrubb has a cheerful personality and thoroughly enjoys coming to work with his patients and team.  His patients often express compliments to our team members on how happy they are to have Dr. Schrubb as their dentist. In his free time, Dr. Schrubb likes to spend time with his family and his horses.

Danika J. Crabtree, DMD, MS – Periodontics and Implant DentistryCrabtree Danika

Dr. Danika Crabtree has joined the periodontal team in our practice. The addition of Dr. Crabtree allows our practice to continue to deliver the highest level of comprehensive care to patients in our community.  Dr. Crabtree is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, School of Dentistry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  She completed her post –graduate periodontal residency also at Nova Southeastern University.Dr. Crabtree is a diplomate of the AmericanAcademy of Periodontology.  She received her Bachelor’s degree at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA and after working in the field of Microbiology as a Quality Analyst, she decided to return to dental school.  She has been practicing in Florida although she is a native Rhode Islander and is excited to now practice in Massachusetts.

Dr. Crabtree was selected to join our practice because of her exceptional clinical abilities and shared values in patient care and caring.  Dr. Crabtree’s enthusiasm and clinical skills make her an ideal practitioner for our community’s periodontal needs. Our team feels privileged to work with Dr. Crabtree and we are confident you will find her warm, experienced and more than capable.  She is very excited about the opportunity to provide the best possible care to our community.  Dr. Crabtree has had extensive training in dental implants and will be placing implants as well as performing osteotome and lateral wall sinus lifts.  As a periodontist, she will bring her esthetic eye to the placement of implants, especially in the maxillary anterior area, the most difficult area to treat.  Dr. Crabtree also performs extractions, including third molars, both boney and partially boney impactions.  In addition to other periodontal non-surgical and surgical therapy, she is trained to administer Botox and dermal fillers.

Bridget Spencer, CDABridget bio pic

In May 2011, Bridget received her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Middlesex Community College.  Bridget successfully passed her Dental Assisting National Board Exam in 2012 making her a Certified Dental Assistant. She also attends many Continuing Education Courses to keep up with the current knowledge and to apply the most effective techniques available.  She is certified in CPR on a Healthcare Provider Level and has completed her training in Infection Control and OSHA Compliance and also Radiation Health and Safety in 2012. Bridget has a broad knowledge of dental treatment, experience in multi-specialty procedures, and an eye for detail. Having extensive background in infection control through working in the sterilization area in the hygiene department at Middlesex Community College and has played an important role in the sterilization maintenance at Amerident Dental.

During her free time, Bridget enjoys playing around in prosthetic makeup making Halloween a busy time of year for her. She enjoys being outdoors hiking or going anywhere she can take her Husky mix, Memphis, to play and run. Bridget is also a fan of cooking and trying out different spicy recipes.

Allison JeanAlison Jean, RDH, BS

Alison joined our team in 2002, first as a Dental Assistant and in 2007 she became a Registered Dental Hygienist upon graduating with Honors earning an Associate in Science in Dental Hygiene degree from Middlesex Community College.  She also graduated with Honors earning a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree online from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene in May of 2012.

Currently, she is enrolled in graduate school earning a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration at Rivier University.   Alison holds an active permit to adminster Local Anesthesia, is Certified in BLS/CPR on a Healthcare Provider Level and has completed training in Infection Control and OSHA Compliance.  In addition to her education, Alison serves as Secretary on the Executive Committee of the American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA) Massachusetts.

Alison provides thorough, yet gentle care and listens to patients’ concerns in order to ensure a comfortable dental experience.  She has made great strides in contributing her leadership skills within our team.  In her free time, she has presented at healthcare organizations and colleges in our community.  Alison grew up in Tyngsboro and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, kayaking, cycling, swimming, music and reading.

Jamie Pacheco, RDHimage

Jamie is the newest member of our dental team. She has recently earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex Community College in May of 2014. Prior to graduation, Jamie worked as an Orthodontic assistant for several years, which gave her great experience with children. Her comforting and friendly personality eases patients during their routine scheduled visits to the office. She is motivated, task-oriented, and efficient, and her knowledge of dental hygiene is comprehensive and current.

Jamie currently holds an RDH license to practice in Massachusetts, as well as a permit to administer Local anesthesia. She is BLS/CPR certified on a health care provider level and is OSHA compliant. She is also an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, and attended the annual conference in Las Vegas, NV last June. These affiliations allow her to be current on the latest science and techniques used in dental hygiene. Jamie assesses her patient’s condition in order to offer patient-specific preventive and educational services to promote and maintain good oral health and therapy to treat each patient’s individual needs.
